Many things go into building a custom home. If you have land, we will meet you at your land and review the many different options for building. If you have a floor plan or a working design, we will help you locate the best location to build your new custom home.

Using your floor plan or ours, we will price out your new home with our suppliers and sub-contractors and give you a solid estimate with allowances for flooring, cabinets, counter tops, lighting and other items.

We use the latest computer programs to be able to give you a wide variety of information. "CAD" Computer Aided Design, 360 degree viewing of your new home, estimated total cost of new homes, estimated total house payments, and many other services are available.

We will help with the designing of your dream home using our architectural design program and then build that home for you. If you have a floor plan of your own, we will be glad to work with you in the construction your new home. If your would like changes made to your floor plan, we can help you with our "CAD" system. We often alter designs to meet our customers' needs.

We offer a Work Equity Program designed just for you. You will be able to do some of the work on the home and save on your downpayment. We pay you for painting, clean up, roofing, plumbing, electrical, heating and other items that you qualify for. All the money you save can be used toward your downpayment or closing cost.

I served as an Air Traffic Controller in the USAF at RAF Lakenheath, England, Nouasseur AFB, Casablanca, Morocco and Hamilton AFB, California. The lessons learned from controlling air traffic has served me well in keeping tract of the many different options in the construction of a new home. Keeping tract of each aircraft and who needs to land or takeoff next is many times like building a new home. From the start of construction to the final product, each factor needs to fit into the construction process.

I have been active on the local, State and National levels as we lobby to ensure that mortgage money will be available. I have worked on the Michigan Home Builders Association "MSHDA" sub-committee for many years. I am a National Life Director for the National Association of Home Builders. NAHB completed work on a new International Residential Code for new homes. I also served on the Small Volume Builders Committee at NAHB. Many new books have been provided by this committee, i.e. Put It On Paper, Management Ideas That Work, Residential Construction Performance Guidelines and many others.
